Double room in shared Georgian house in Angel

Hi! 👋🏼

We have a small double room available in a four-bed shared house in the heart of Angel. The house is situated in a beautiful Islington square, a couple of minutes walk from Upper Street.

The house is a unique Georgian property spread over four levels with a large living room, 3 bathrooms and a lovely garden. We are a very chilled and friendly house, all working in corporate(ish) jobs. We are all sociable, relaxed, and keen to maintain a clean, tidy, and calm environment in the house and we’re looking for a fourth housemate with similar values.

The house is in a brilliant location for public transport with great bus links and sits equidistant between Angel and Highbury and Islington tube stations. We all go into the office and are looking for a housemate who is office-based as the room isn’t large enough for a desk. The room is unfurnished but there is already a large wardrobe in there which you’re welcome to keep. We have furnished the rest of the house over the years so it is very well set up!

P. S bills are extra and come to around £150-£210 per month through gas, electricity, council tax, fortnightly cleaner and wifi. The landlord pays our water bill.
