I'm moving abroad so looking for someone to sublet the flat until the end of my contract (end of March) - you will have the option to renew for another year if you would like.

Its a large double bedroom in a 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom flat (you will be sharing a bathroom with 1 flatmate). Has a Juliette balcony and loads of wardrobe space.

High spec, well furnished new build flat, large open plan living room and kitchen with a large balcony

Has a rooftop garden at the top of the building and there's a basement with bike lockers

5-10 min walk from angel tube station
20-25 min walk from old street station

Current tenants are 2 very friendly, social, easygoing, tidy girls (legit flatmate goals) , both work in finance with a mix of WFH and WFO

Looking for someone who is similar and
up for hanging out with the occasional flat dinner / drinks / movie
