En Suite Double Room in Angel 3 Bed House

We're looking for a third housemate for a beautiful three bedroom period house on leafy Rector Street in Angel/Islington.

The house has a lovely little garden, light and airy living room complete with period fireplace and has been extensively refurbished to a very high standard.

Our current third housemate is moving to Belgium so we are looking for someone friendly and easygoing to replace him.

The room on offer has a large sash window, generous built-in wardrobe and modern en-suite bathroom. The room itself is unfurnished but the tenant would be very happy to sell on his (only 6 month-old) IKEA bed and mattress if desired. We have fully furnished the living room and kitchen so no need to worry about furniture for those areas.

Your housemates would be me (Piers) - a doctor with the NHS and my school friend Freddie, a trainee lawyer. We are friendly and tidy and are looking for someone who is a similarly friendly and neat professional to share the house with us.

The room is available for the remaining 18 months of the contract until 1st November 2025.

The rent is £1400 per month excluding bills. The house is council tax band E.

It is within easy walking distance of Angel station (northern line) and close to the shops, bars and restaurants of Islington’s Upper Street and the lovely Regent’s Canal.
