Due to recent regulation changes, we can only accept tenants who can demonstrate that they have another permanent home throughout the duration of their stay.

An Important Note
We live in this home for most of the year, but our two cats live here full time! Will you care for our cats during your stay - we'll cover all expenses, they just need a little love and care? If yes, we'd love to host you for the winter...

Flat Availability
We have some flexibility in terms of move in and move out:
- Move In: between 07/12/26 and 04/01/27
- Move Out: between 01/04/27 and 11/04/27

Flat Overview
Our flat is a beautiful space overlooking the Regent's Canal, with two very social and friendly cats. We have a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms.

The flat is on the first floor of a gated housing development, and it's perfectly located to explore the treats of Islington, Hackney and Central London.

Our cats just need a little care and companionship. They are super social and cuddly when you’re in the flat, but they are not overly demanding!

The Neighbourhood
Canal life is sweet! A stroll up the canal to Angel feels a world away from the bustling London, despite being so central.

Loads of pubs, bars and restaurants are within walking distance - Upper Street hosts the highest density of restaurants in Europe! Great shopping, with independent boutiques and chain shops in Angel. The delicious Broadway Market in London Fields, the trendy bars of Old St, and the bustle of Brick Lane and Columbia Road Markets are only just a short walk as well.

On the road-side we live in a low-traffic neighbourhood so almost no noise despite being very close to key transport links.

Taxes & Utilities
The rental price excludes all utilities and council tax - we will continue our contracts, and invoice you each month. Internet, water, and council tax (Band D) are at a flat monthly rate. Gas and electric are smart-metered and so will reflect usage.

What we'd Like from You
We'd love to find some cat-people to spend time with our little fur-balls. They are super independent, but also love snuggling so it's important to us for them to get some social time as well.

Cat Care
The cats are really very easy, they just need feeding twice a day and for their litter to be scooped daily and changed weekly. Puss is adventurous, and we let her out during daylight hours (there is a cat flap), but Milton is very much a homebody. You can leave them throughout the day if you need, but they do love human interaction so we really do want someone who loves cats!

We have full insurance coverage including video vet consultations in case anything goes wrong! Additionally, my family is close by and can help in the case of emergencies!

Any food or other cat-related costs will be covered by us - we hope that having two fluffers to hang out with is a net positive rather than a chore!

What if you want to go away
If you are planning to go away at any point we can arrange for a house sitter (or family/friends) to come and sit the cats whilst you're gone.

Where will we be
We will be abroad, but have family who can attend and support if anything is needed.
