Homely Angel Sharehouse | Large room

Hey! Owen (28, senior analyst, Finance ) and Lizzie (29, product marketing in tech) here 😀 We love being outdoors, exploring London and making new friends.

We’ve been living in this place for 18 months and have had an awesome time. We’re looking to renew for another 6 months with the option to go on a rolling contract, most likely till the end of year. Our third housemate is sadly leaving us to live with his bestie.

The house is extremely spacious and is great for working from home and hosting friends. It’s less than a 10 minute walk from Angel Station and a 15 minute bike ride to central London:
- 3 beds
- 2 living areas / dining
- 2 showers (1 toilet)
- outdoor patio

We are looking for an easy going person in their late 20 to early 30s:
- Social who likes to fill in their weeknights and weekends but also wants to connect with their housemates
- Someone who is in the office a couple days during the week
- We both travel lots and want to be with others who are active people, exploring London and Europe

We’re hoping to keep a similar house dynamic and find someone who will contribute to the house.
