Double bedroom, spacious house in Angel

One of the rooms in our house is freeing up, so we're looking for a new housemate aged between 28-33.

Our house is ideally located - it's just over 5 mins walk from Angel station and around the corner from Exmouth Market.

The house is really spacious; 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2x showers, 3x toilets) and a massive living room and separate dining room plus a large utility room in the basement.

The bedroom available is on the top floor and is nice and bright with the sun shining on it in the morning. It has a double glazed window so is quiet when closed and provides a cosier feel in the winter too. Our housemate is moving to Australia so has many items shown in the photos for sale (including the mirrors, TV, bed, shelves, plus other bits), so the room can come largely furnished (although the chest of drawers shown in the photographs are sold already).

The rent is £870 a month - all bills included (water, gas, electricity, broadband, council tax and a cleaner who comes twice a month).

The room is available from October 20th (our current housemate moves out on October 19th). The contract is for 1 year but we get it renewed each time (there’s all the usual checks with the estate agent when you first sign).
