I'm a live in landlord (Consultant) so looking for a clean, tidy tenant that will help look after the place. Other tenant is also a friendly professional. We keep the place in decent condition and get a cleaner in once a month. You could work from home the room/living room, but it's probably more suited to someone at least hybrid working.

Council tax (Band D) ~ £65
Cleaner (once a month) ~ £20
