Cozy Studio to find great person (incl bills)

As I have to go back my country , I have to let my lovely studio. My contract will be ended by 11 Jun 2024. Then you can resign a new contract with the landlord if you want to continue to live there.

The room is 19 squared meters, including a double bed room, open kitchen and separated washing room. Most of furniture and electronics are mine, you can free to use covering washing machine, freezer(the landlord provided a fridge), heater, coffee maker, etc and you also will free to use the daily cleaning products and sources of mine.

the studio is located near by Angel station, 2 mins walk to the station and 5 mins walk to M&S, Waitrose and Sainsbury’s. You will also easy to walk to the designer shops and restaurants in Angel.

The fee is included all bills, you don’t need to pay other fees excepting the deposit which is 500 pounds. I just want you can keep my studio cleaning and safety.

As someone ask me about the rent fee for new contract, I asked the landlord that will be 1260 pounds pcm included the all bills and council tax.

The room is only for one guest
I will inform my landlord that can help you and me in the one page.
