We are looking for a female flatmate to move in to a lovely double room in our 5-bedroom Georgian townhouse in Angel. The room is available from Tuesday 16th April.
About The Location:
The flat is in a fantastically convenient location – it’s less than a 5-minute walk from Angel station, Upper Street, and Regent’s Canal.
There are so many supermarkets, gyms, pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, and other amenities on our doorstep.
It’s really easy to get to Old Street, King’s Cross, Euston, and central London too.
About The Flat:
The flat is a 5-bedroom Georgian townhouse, with 2 bathrooms (separated by gender), and a communal kitchen/living room area.
About The Room:
The bedroom is on the first floor with plenty of natural light.
If you wish, our landlord has offered to help decorate the bedroom by painting the walls in May.
Please note that the departing tenant will be selling the bed, mattress, sideboard and bedside table for £325.00. Please do not contact us if you are not able to purchase these furnishings. The rest of the flat is furnished.
The total monthly rent/bills amount is £1,075.71.
This consists of:
• Rent – £937.51 (fixed until January 2025)
• Bills – £138.20 (subject to change); this includes utilities, high-speed broadband, council tax (band C), and a weekly cleaning of the communal areas.
We are seeking someone who is able to pay rent/bills from Tuesday 16th April.
The total deposit for the room is £600.00. We will require a holding deposit of £175.00 to be paid within 24 hours of accepting the room, and then the remaining £425.00 at a later date.

We are a friendly bunch of young professionals, working in consulting, law, marketing, and architecture.
While we all have our own hobbies and routines, we enjoy grabbing a drink together as a group on occasion.
We are looking for a female, non-smoking flatmate, who will treat the flat as a home rather than a space to rent and will do their part to keep the shared areas clean. You would not be a good fit for the flat if you are noisy on work nights or a partier.
