2Nd April - 9Th April - Angel Double Room

I am subleting my big double room from the 2ND OF APRIL to the 9TH OF ARRIL.

Fully furnished room and apartment in a prime location in Angel, Islington. 7min from the tube station, and 3 - 5min to all bus stops, with many around going in all parts of London. 15min by bus to Central London, 30min by foot.

You will be sharing the flat with 3 other girls, Susi from the Netherlands, Mary from the US, and Léa from France, all Master's students at the London School of Economics and one at Goldsmith University. During this period, possibly only Mary would still present in the flat.

The room is fully furnished, with a double bed, storage
(Two storage cupboards + an open wardrobe) couch, dining table. The kitchen and bathroom are also furnished and shared with the flatmates. The location is near Islington High Street, Angel Central, and all amenities (Co-Op down the road, all other grocery shops in 7min by foot in Angel Central such as Saintburys, Waitrose, M&S). 5min from Chapel Market. This is a prime location with everything and more very close by.

I am looking for a short term tenant (female only), no age or professional requirements. However cleanliness and respect of the shared spaces are non negotiable. The flatmates are all easy going, and we enjoy nights in doing flat dinners or nights out together, and always in to help each other out in any way. You will be welcomed by them for the short term, but they also might be going away for some time for the holidays.
The buildings has three other flats, with neighbors helpful in case anything is needed.
