Double room in Angel

Double room available 10th of May.

I’m looking for an LGBT+ person who wants to live in a cosy, tidy home in an amazing location in Angel, Islington.

The bedroom is a small double with built in double wardrobe. The room is unfurnished, but I’m happy for you to use the chest of drawers and bookshelf shown in the pictures.

Bills inc council tax come to around £150 a month, each.

You’ll be sharing with me, and Katsu, a Scottish Fold/British Shorthair cat.

I’m a professional working at a non-profit. Katsu is a goblin with fur, working at ruling the world.

Home is very much where I recharge and relax. I’m at the stage in my life where I’m normally spending my free time with friends, or chilling in front of a good movie or tv series with a nice dinner.

Since it’ll be just us in the flat, I’d like to find someone who’s looking for a place to call home, rather than a base to sleep. I really value a clean and tidy space, so I’m looking for someone who feels the same. Preferably a professional with normal working hours.

You’d be signing on to a 12 month contract with a 6 month break clause. References will be required.

The flat is 7 minutes’ walk to Angel underground and 12 minutes’ walk to Old St underground.

There’s a big Sainsbury’s, a Waitrose, a Marks and Spencer, and a Tesco all within a 10 minute walk.

You’re spoilt for choice with dozens of restaurants, shops, a Vue cinema, an Odeon cinema and the Screen on the Green, all within a 15 minute radius.
