Occasionally, you may even have visits from squirrels and friendly neighbourhood cats! 🐱

🏠 The room comes fully furnished, including a large desk, chair, shelving unit, and clothing rack. Most of these furnishings can be yours upon moving in. The bed is a comfortable king-size, provided by the landlord. If you prefer, the sofa can be removed upon request.

📍 Located in N1, with easy access to Angel and King's Cross tube stations, both within a ten-minute walk.

🛋️ The room is spacious, approximately 15 square meters (excluding bathroom and kitchen). You'll be sharing the apartment with a Chinese female tenant who is only home during weekday evenings, so most of the time, you'll have the place to yourself. Due to shared facilities, we prefer a female tenant of Chinese nationality.
