This comfy double room becomes available in a quiet and friendly flatshare. It is only a short walk from Angel (5-10 min), the Regent´s Canal Walk, and Old Street. Further, the flat is 2 minutes away from City University.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, desk, dresser, and wardrobe and the large kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary dishware and tools like microwave and kettle.

Most bills are included:

- Council tax
- Rent
- Water
- Cleaning Service of communal areas
- Broadband internet

The gas and electric bill is excluded of the rent, and is billed at the end of every 1 to 2-month period and varies between 20-40 pounds per person.

You will take over my existing lease till the 19th of September and then have to possibility to sign a longer contract with my letting agency.
