Furnished double room available, with a big built in wardrobe (and a second one, however more for storage), bedside table, desk and chair. Very central location, 2 mins walk from angel station, high street, supermarkets, gyms, regents canal.

I'm a live in landlord (Consultant) so looking for a clean, tidy tenant that will help look after the place. Other tenant is also a friendly professional. We keep the place in decent condition and get a cleaner in once a month.

Council tax (Band D) ~ £55

so about £125 - 130 a month
