Big double bedroom in Angel

Looking to fill a room in our 4 bed house.

About the house: big room which almost feels like 2 space backing on to the garden. Shared bathroom with 1 other housemate and the living / dining room and kitchen is upstairs.

It's light and airy and has a garden that desperately needs some tlc - determined to do at least one bbq this year!!!

The 3 of us are 27-31, so looking for a similar age, working wise we do a mix of wfh and in the office (all in tech - HR, Marketing and Account Management).

We all love a wine and a chat, met through spare room and it's been a blast, so looking for someone to slot in and add to the fun, not unheard of for one glass of wine to turn into several and a boogie. As we're pretty busy with work and life, it's not often a full house but we do try to make time for each other and catch up on the latest gossip or tv show.

We want to enjoy coming back to the house, and all make an effort to keep it nice and clean, so goes without saying no dirty dishes or pants on the side!!!! With that in mind, we're more into hosting the pres for a night out, but not the afters.

Located between Angel & Highbury and Islington (N1). About 10-15 min walk from the Northern, Overground, Victoria, Piccadilly lines.

A stone's throw from the Albion pub and Caledonian Road, it's a fab area with lots going on.

Important!! Sublet until August, but then we'll renew again for the year and you'll be added to the contract. No mention of a rent increase but last year it went up £50 each. Move in date is 22nd May, rent is £925 + bills a month.
