Beautiful room in Victorian maisonette

We are looking for a female professional (26 years +) to share a double room at a house in Angel.

THE HOUSE AND THE ROOM

Rent: £950 + Bills
Deposit: 5 weeks rent with Deposit Protection Scheme

This bright and airy bedroom room is on the second floor of the house and faces the a quiet back gardens. There is a large insulated window and a lot of light. The room has a double bed and a spacious wardrobe available.

This upper floors maisonette is in a beautiful 19-century Victorian house in a popular street in a Low Traffic Neighbourhood (LTN). It offers 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, shared kitchen with living space.
Bills (utilities, wifi and cleaner) are about £90 per person/month, including a cleaner.

HOUSEMATES
We are 2 female young professionals in our late 20s, an American, and an English lady. We have lived together for the last year and often spend time together in the evenings or at the weekend, whether that be organising a Sunday Roast, having a movie night, going to a pub quiz or just chatting after a long day at work. We both enjoy travel, cooking, music, coffee and are pretty active (we go to yoga & plays tennis, as well as runs and cycle). Some of our favourite things about the area: Regent’s Canal, Columbia Road Flower Market, and a wide array of restaurants/pubs/coffee shops/brunch spots that are a stone’s throw away.
We are looking for someone else who is in their 20s/30s who is clean, chilled & sociable who will respect the house and treat it like their own. We ideally want someone who we can be friends with and not just a flatmate, as we both love living here and we’re hoping to find someone who is looking for a place to call home in the longer term.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
Our home is in the heart of Angel, just off of Upper Street, near Islington Green and the Regents canal. It is a 10 minute walk to Angel station, and there are several buses that run to all parts of London, including a short journey to the City.

Angel is a wonderful neighbourhood, never short of brunch options or new stores for shopping. It is extremely well-connected to the rest of London and feels quite central.
