Double Room w/ Ensuite In Newly Renovated Flat

I’m looking to find a housemate for my newly renovated flat in the heart of Angel. There’s a large double bedroom with an ensuite available.

It’s a newly renovated great space. There’s a large private terrace (great for bbqs in the summer), air conditioning in every room and it’s a 2 minute walk from Angel station. Nearby is anything you could need, 3 supermarkets, multiple gyms, vue cinema and many other shops. It’s also only 10 minute walk to Kings X, so great if you want to travel up north or catch the Eurostar!

I’m really interested in finding the right housemate who I can vibe well with and hopefully be good friends as well as housemates - pub after work or gyming together etc. It’s what I used to have before I got my own place.

The amenities are great and I’ve newly painted the whole place so it’s completely fresh. The flat was renovated about a year ago so very new in general. I moved in a few months ago so all new furniture, lovely big sofa, great TV, aircon in every room and outdoor furniture is on my list for the private terrace. Atm it’s part furnished, there’s an amazing double bed but if more furniture is needed I can be flexible with sourcing it. I’m always looking for new ways to make it the perfect home so recommendations are very welcome.

Currently the lease says no pets, but my neighbours upstairs have a lovely cat so It most likely will not be an issue to request permission for small pets.

A bit about me:
I’m 27, work nearby in digital marketing (in the office 2 days a week). I’m a big gamer but love to get out and socialise, gym often and chill with friends. I’d ideally like to host a few parties or evenings with friends, hosting dinner etc. or the occasional sport watch party so if you are up for meeting new people great! (Please note I am not a constant party person, but the occasional one would be fun, Halloween etc!)
