I have a bright double room available in Angel from the 28th of June. You would be signing a new lease with the 2 current tenants who have negotiated a very good rent deal given the rising costs of renting elsewhere. The new contract will start on the 28th of June.

*Location*
The flat is located in an amazing spot just off Chapel Market and a 3 min walk to Angel Station. Kings Cross is a 12-15min walk away and Highbury & Islington is a 15-20min walk along Upper Street, There are a lot of buses close by taking you into Central London, London Bridge, Hackney etc. It is a very well connected location. There are plenty of large grocery stores and all the shops and entertainment you may want close to home.

*Room*
The room is a very good size, furnished with a king size bed, under-bed storage, chest of drawers and a built in cupboard for storage/clothes. The room gets great of natural light.

*Flat*
The flat comes with a kitchen and seperate dining/living room area. There is a storage cupboard by the kitchen shared between the flatmates. The flat contains one bathroom/shower.

*Utilities*
The listed rent does not include utilities.
Utilities (water, electricity, internet and council tax band D) is about £190 per month based on Jan - Mar bills. Electricity would be less in summer.

*Flatmates*
There are currently 2 professional makes living in the flat aged in their mid 20s and early 30s. They are friendly and easy to get along with. Everyone is very respectful of each other's space and it has been a very peaceful 2.5 year stay for me in this apartment. Both flatmates work mainly in the office with occasional WFH days.
