Hello everyone,
Sadly I’ll be leaving the flat and my wonderful flatmates (Jessica, Patrick, and Krysia!) after 3 years.
I have found my own place (I will be 38 this year) and that is the only reason why I am moving out.
My room is an absolute gem, and it was love at first sight with the shower room. In the shower room there is a sink and a beautiful large mirror, we also have a separated WC with another sink - very convenient.
The flat itself has been refurbished lately as well as all the rooms (freshly painted).
We do have a cleaner once every 2 weeks for a deep cleaning of the house; however we always try to maintain the flat clean.
The flat is on 4th floor (top floor of the building), meaning no noisy neighbours because no one above us.
Located in a beautiful area, such as Angel, plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and pubs. The Cooperative is just around the corner, and Tesco about 8’ walk as well as Sainsbury’s, Boots and Waitrose. There is also a shopping centre opposite Angel station.
If you like me, like walking and running along the canal, we do have one !
There is a bus stop 3’ away from the flat. You will be able to reach Angel station (northern line) in less than 5’ by bus or if you don’t like taking the tube (like myself), you will be able to take a bus from the bus stop I have mentioned earlier, and find yourself in Piccadilly Circus in 25’ only; Tottenham Court Road in about 15’-20’ and China Town in 20’. It is very convenient, especially at night after one night out.

Pictures of the room have been taken before I moved in, however I have not rearranged the room, so once empty that’s how it will look like. There is a wall built in wardrobe, and of course there is also a cute white chair, which is not in the pictures.
Also, I almost forgot - the house is warm during winter, we usually wear t-shirts in our flat.
