Room in Angel for August/September

I will be traveling for a month (9 August to 9 September) and am putting my lovely double room in Angel up for rent. The location is unbeatable: canal is 20seconds walk away (great for running/walks), the tube is 2min walk away (Angel Station - Northern Line) and Camden Passage is right outside your door. The room is super cozy and there is a very large open space living room and kitchen. My flatmate is Austrian/American and 28 year old professional working in the city. He's super social, works in the office most days and very clean & tidy.

£1350 is inclusive of all water, wifi, electricity and council tax for the month. My rent is normally £1300 so I am giving a big discount on bills.

Room has 3 closets so lots of space, a large window and a double bed.
