Spacious Room available in the heart of Angel

Delighted to offer this spacious double room in Angel. Great location, great views, great flatmates.

After two years here, I'm moving back home and am looking for a young professional to takeover the lease. The flat is on the 24th floor of a tower-block, giving amazing panoramic views of the whole of London and is ideally located in the centre of London, allowing easy access to the city centre or North London. The 3 flatmates have all been here between 2 and 4 years and have made the place home. Frances (26) is an Aussie speach pathologis, Matt (28) is a software developer and Ryan (27) works in marketing while training to be a stunt man. The room is furnished with a desk, wardrobe and double bed. There is no living room in the flat unfortunately but we do socialise in the kitchen (pictured).

We are looking for someone between the ages of 25 and 30 who currently has a job in London (no couples and no student I'm afraid). We want someone to be a sociable part of the flat, though of course respect that everyone needs their time alone! Please drop a line about your work-from-home set up and activities outside of work so we can see if you'd be a good fit.

Logistically, you would be signing onto a rolling contract in my place. There is no minimum or maximum term length but we would ideally want someone to join the flat for a year. You would have to pay the deposit on 9th July but could move items in beforehand. We are looking to arrange some viewings this weekend (22nd June) with a view to choosing a new flatmate the week after.
