Double room available in a beautiful flat in Angel from mid-July to November 7 (potential to extend)!

The room comes furnished with a bed, built-in wardrobe, and full-size mirror. There’s also room for a desk and a chair (as seen), and plenty of storage space underneath the bed.

The flat is a 2bd/1ba. It has a modern bathroom, a lovely living room overlooking a communal garden, and a separate kitchen. The location is absolutely incredible - the flat is right off of Islington Green (and surrounded by all of the best coffee shops/bars/restaurants), but because it’s located inside a separate courtyard, it’s incredibly quiet. The bedroom and the living room are also south-facing, so you get lovely light in the mornings! It’s also very safe — the flat is in a gated development with a 24/7 concierge.

You’d be living with my flatmate (25 y/o woman), who is a consultant and commutes to her office 3-4 days a week.

The flat is extremely well connected; only a 8min walk to Angel Station (I have done it in 4 min in a rush!) and ~15min walk to Highbury and Islington. 2 min walk to multiple bus stops with great connectivity across East London.

You’re also a 7 minute walk from Regent’s Canal, and a 5 minute walk from Camden Passage. The nearest PureGym is 5 minutes away (plus there’s a Nuffield in the complex), and there is a bigger Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, and M&S Food ~7 minute walk away. There are a ton of charity shops, restaurants, cinemas, coffee shops, and bars within a 5-10 minute walk.

The rent is £1312pcm - bills and council tax excluded. Bills and council tax tend to come out £180-220, depending on the electricity usage (higher in winter, but pretty low for the rest of the year). The current contract runs until the beginning of November. My flatmate may try to negotiate a new lease (alternatively, you may be able to do so yourself), so there is a possibility of staying beyond November!
