Double room in large house(Angel) 5 mins from tube

Hi!

I am moving out of our 4-bed flat/house share and so my room is now available. The room is bright and spacious, is on the top floor and has a big window overlooking the back of the property. Outside of the window there is a large flat rooftop terrace which only you can access, and is great for sitting outside or growing some potted plants. The room includes a double bed (with loads of under bed storage space), a wardrobe, a desk and a chest of drawers.

The house itself is very large (three floors), with two bathrooms (one shower, two toilets), a large private garden which now has lots of seating and plants, and a large open plan living room, dining area and modern kitchen (with two ovens!).

We are looking for a new female flatmate to keep the gender balance, ideally a professional in their late 20s or early 30s. We all get along well and want to keep the friendly, relaxed vibe.

The location is amazing, with so many nice pubs, restaurants and shops on your doorstep. There's also a lovely Sunday farmers market on Chapel Market. The flat is just a 5 minute walk to Angel tube station, or a 10 minute walk to King's Cross. It's just a short walk to the centre of Angel and the lovely shops of Upper Street, but our road is also set back enough to keep it quiet and peaceful.

Other important things to know: we have a great relationship with our private landlord who is always contactable and on hand to help. Bills are not included in rent (but a cleaner is!) and they amount typically to approx. £120 per month (per person including: internet, water, council tax, gas and electricity).
