Hi there,
I'm moving out of my room that I've occupied for the past 3 years as I'm moving abroad, so I'm looking for someone to fill the spot.
The room is in the basement and the flat spans 3 floors total, with 3 bedrooms on the basement level, a kitchen/living room at ground level, and one more bedroom on the 1st floor.
You will be sharing with 3 other women who are either students or graduating this year. We value tidyness and good vibes as we're very much a social flat. We definitely would like someone who meshes with us on a personal level.
The room itself is deceptively spacious and well finished. It will also hopefully come with a fresh, new bedframe and mattress by the time you move in.
Bills are not included but usually only amount to around £60-£70 pcm (it definitely pays off during winter living in the basement haha).
