Looking for a flatmate to fill the second room in this awesome spot. Across from Islington Green, you will be a stone's throw from Upper Street.

- is bright and partially furnished with a double bed. Air conditioned for the summer and heated for the winter.
-Your bathroom has a waterfall shower, underfloor heating and heated towel rails. All water in bathrooms is filtered to remove hard water.
- Your bedroom and bathroom is equipped with a sound system in the ceiling (the entire flat has the same speakers in the ceiling) and an inbuilt wardrobe.
- Privacy and your own space as the second room is on a seperate level. Desk may stay with your room (can discuss).

Shared Spaces
- Renovated full kitchen. Dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, stove top, microwave and even a wine fridge.
- Kitchen filled with natural light from a large skylight. All drinking water is filtered so no Brita required.
- The air conditioned living room overlooking Islington Green is furnished with a dining room table and large couch.
- Washer/dryer. in a separate cupboard.
- Flat has an electronic alarm system.
- Council Tax Band E.

- I am a 30 year old lawyer (Australian, Male).
- I have an involved job, but I spend my spare time with friends, enjoying the city, and travelling in Europe as much as I can.

New tenant i. e. you!
- The key is that we get along well so that we can enjoy an awesome flat. We will both be very tidy, respect common areas, share cleaning of communal areas, normal things. Both of us should feel like we are coming home to a safe, chilled environment.
- If you have a job where you will be working from home more than 2 days a week, you will not be suitable. I Apologise in advance to anyone this applies to! Of course exceptions will apply.
- The landlord does not allow couples to rent. For the avoidance of doubt, a partner staying over for a bit each week will not be a problem. However if you have a partner who will stay at the flat many times a week, and do so every week of the month, that is not suitable for the flat. This is mentioned right now as this is an uncomfortable topic! It applies to both rooms equally, and the right fit for the flat will intrinsically know what is the right balance.
- Private landlord, who requires proof of income, proof of right to rent in England, and references (if you don't have references, this can be discussed).
