The flat is in an awesome area- right next to Camden passage and close to Angel station!
Rent will be 855 per month. No guarantor needed, but the landlord requires 6 months rent in advance + a deposit (so 5,985 up front then after that we can pay monthly). Bills are usually 65 pounds a month. The lease is from August 19, 2024 to August 19, 2025. But I am flexible with the start date if you need to come a little later than that :)
