Hello! My flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend and our lease is coming up for renewal so I am looking for a new flatmate to take over her room and renew the lease with! The new lease is for 12 months and starts from 29 August 2024 however there may be some flexibility for an earlier move in if needed.

The flat is first and second floor split-level with a super spacious kitchen and living room, really good sized, light-filled bedrooms and 1 bathroom. All the finishings and appliances are excellent quality as our landlord has invested in renovations.

Angel station is only a 7 minute walk away on one side, and Old Street station 12 mins on the other side. There are 2 City Road bus stops less than 1 minute away with really good links to all major stations. There is also a Co-op just a minute away, and Angel shops including Sainsbury, Waitrose and M&S all just 10 mins walk away.

You will be sharing the flat with me, I am a 31 year old professional who is easy-going, sociable but equally respects privacy and values a clean and tidy space. In my spare time I enjoy trying out new gym classes, exploring London's brunch spots, bars and restaurants and catching up with friends.
