Angel - Double Bedroom Available From September

Welcome!

We are looking for a roommate as our current roommate will be moving out on September 1st.

If you've just moved to London, are between moves, or are simply looking for a new experience, this could be ideal for you. Plus, it's super central!

Location/Room:

We're located just a 5-minute walk from Angel Station and about 10 minutes from King's Cross. Islington and Clerkenwell are only minutes away, and if you're up for a brisk walk, you can be in Soho or on the Southbank in around 35-40 minutes.

The room is as seen in the pictures and comes with a double bed and all the furniture, except for the work stationery (bookshelf, desk, and chair).

It's a great room in a warm and friendly house, perfectly placed for experiencing all that the city has to offer.

The room is the only room on the ground floor, and the flat is spread over 3 floors. Being on the ground floor means you have easy access to all the shared spaces, and also quite a bit of privacy compared to the other rooms.

A couple of points you should be mindful of if you are interested: the windows are frosted, so you won't be able to see outside from the room, and since it faces the street, you might hear some street noise, particularly on Fridays and Saturdays due to the pub next door.

About us:

You'll be sharing the house with 3 women and 2 men, all professionals, aged 25 to 35. We treat the house like a home and, as with any shared accommodation, we try to be respectful of each other’s space, keep the shared areas clean for everyone's use, and avoid excessive noise later in the evening, especially from Monday to Friday.

We are quite sociable and sometimes love to spend time together in the living room, so the ideal person for this room would be someone who feels comfortable with that level of social interaction.
