My flatmate is moving out after an amazing 2 years living together :( and I need to find someone to replace her.

**About the Flat:**
- Fully furnished flat with a tonne of storage space
- 10 minutes away from Old Street Station and a bus stop right outside the house
- Walking distance to Angel, Islington, Shoreditch, and Moorgate
- Conveniently located near several grocery stores (Coop right opposite)

**About Me:**
- Super chilled
- Work from home 3 days a week and I work really long hours as a data scientist
- Not much into cooking, so I don't spend too much time in the kitchen
- Most evenings I’m either playing a different sport or at the gym
- Travel a lot!

**Monthly Bills to Share:**
- Electricity and Gas: £100 (average)
- WiFi: £35
- Cleaning: £60 (cleaner comes twice a month for 2 hours)
- Council Tax: Approximately £150

**Total Additional Cost:** £170

**Looking For:**
- Clean
- Chilled-out person

- Someone I can get along with but also have my own space
