3 Bedrooms - N1 Islington (Excellent location near Angel/Highbury)

Three of our housemates are sadly leaving so we are on the search for some replacements! There will now be 2 guys and 1 girl living in the house, aged between 24-27.

There are 6 rooms in the house, three of which are going (photos attached). Bills are not included but usually come to around £100 per month.

Bedroom 1 - £903.42 pcm with balcony and sink in the room.

Bedroom 3 - £769.36 pcm - no longer available

We are looking for a respectful, clean/tidy and easy going people who will slot in nicely into the house dynamic. We all get on really well but live our own separate lives. We’re quite chilled and tidy, occasionally hanging out watching films, sports, going to the pub or having dinners together!

We are looking for working professionals, between the age of 23-28. Ideally we are looking for sociable people to move in who we’ll become friends with and not just co-exist with. You will signing a 6 month contract initially but we will prioritise people looking to stay minimum 12 months. We are mixed between remote and office working so it's no issue if you need to work from home.

We currently share the cost of a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks (~£12 month per person)
