Double room in Angel

We have a room available in our 3 bed flat due to one flatmate moving abroad. The available room is spacious, bright, and well-maintained and has a bed, wardrobe, desk and chair.

We’re two professional women in our late twenties working in the tech and sustainability industries. We’re looking for another female flatmate who will fit in with our vibe which is a mix between chilling in front of the tv as well as going out.

The flat is located in Angel, five minutes from the tube station and very close to a lot of other amenities including cafes, gyms, parks and big Sainsbury’s.

The monthly rent for the room is £1115, with bills not included. The bills, including utilities and internet, are shared equally among the roommates, and on average come to around £100 a month per person.

The room is available for move in on 12th September and is a 10 month contract.
