My close flatmate is moving out and I'm looking for someone to take the room in this beautiful spacious 2 bed/2 bath flat in Angel.
I'm looking for someone that's kind, easy going, clean and considerate and is keen on making this place feel like home.
I'm independent and I work full-time so my weeks can get busy, but I also do enjoy hanging out during free days/evenings :)
The flat:
- 2 double rooms with own bathrooms
- spacious open layout kitchen/dining room and living room (with a TV)
- fully functional kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine (+ washing machine/tumble dryer)
- juliette balcony (West facing windows in all rooms)
- building gym access included
- Council Tax or other bills not included in rent (water is included)
Location: heart of Angel next to Regent's Canal with easy access to Angel Station (~8 min walk) and Old Street Station (~12min). There are also several bus stops in the area. Co-op, Sainsburys, Tesco are all closy by.
About me: I'm Indian/Portuguese from Lisbon, been living in London for the last 6 years, and have worked in commercial roles in Tech for Gaming. I'm fairly sociable, enjoy exploring London, a healthy lifestyle and also chilling at home. My interests include music, film, outdoor sports, travelling and cooking.
