Lovely Rooms In Fantastic Location, Central Angel

We are Anne and Meret, looking for two young professionals to join our lovely flat in Angel as our current flatmates are sadly moving abroad. We have two rooms available (more picture coming tomorrow).

The rent is £950 per month per room, excluding bills, shared equally among all tenants. Our flat is in a truly prime central location, just a 10-minute walk from Angel tube station, walking distance to buzzing upper street, anywhere in Islington, Clerkenwell, Dalston and King's Cross. We love the neighborhood, and there’s a Sainsbury's right around the corner.

A quick rundown of the flat particulars:
* 4 bedrooms, a shared kitchen, a shared bathroom, and even a small garden.
* It's a year-long rental commitment.
* Official move-in date: [01.09.2024]
* For internationals and students, the agency requires an upfront payment of 6 months' rent once your references are checked.
* Council tax band E

Now, here's what we're hoping for in a flatmate: we're looking for two other young professionals who are friendly, empathetic, clean, and enjoy socializing. We want our flat to feel like a home, as it has with our current flatmates and we enjoy to spend time together or spontaneously hang out.

About us: Anne is 25 and originally from the Netherlands. She enjoys baking, cozy nights in, and grabbing drinks or coffee with friends.

Meret, 24, from Switzerland, loves exploring the city, everything cultural, having drinks and dinner with friends, politics and knitting. Both of us are currently finishing our Masters and transitioning from student life to the working world (hopefully) while starting our job hunt in London.
