Central London Long Term Let

I am moving out of my room in Angel (N1) from 23rd October. Looking for housemate who is ideally 30 +, working professional, looking for a home, tidy, clean and considerate! Very large room with lots of light, queen bed, fully furnished. Great location next to the tube station with an abundance of shops and markets on the front door step. There are 4 other housemates. Good vibes. Shared bathroom with one female. Shared kitchen. No living room but there is a dining table in the kitchen. Bills not included. I have paid the water bill for 6 months so will need this paid back to me pro-rata.
