Double room in Angel townhouse

Hello,
We're Holly, Roisin & Eve and we are looking for a new housemate to join us in our beautiful home in Angel from 19th April.

The terrace townhouse is spread across 4 floors and has a large private garden. There is a lounge and adjoining kitchen with lots of natural light thanks to the large sash windows. We have one main shared bathroom with a bath and shower and an additional toilet downstairs.

We all have busy professional lives and like to keep the house as a peaceful space for relaxing. For this reason we'd ideally want housemates who do not work fully remotely. The house has a family feel - we often eat dinner and watch TV together. Whilst we do love quiet nights in, we also enjoy an evening at one of the many great local pubs.

The house is a short (<5 min) walk from Angel tube station where there are excellent bus connections too. Kings Cross and Old Street are both walking distance. We are also very close to the beautiful Regent's Canal and have the peaceful Duncan Terrace Gardens at the end of the street.

Whilst listed as unfurnished, our previous housemate is willing to sell some of the existing furniture should you be interested (excluding the bed).
Bills are not included and average around £120 per month per person.
