My housemates are sadly moving back to Australia and I do not want to lose the flat.
The flat is on Upper street, ten minutes walk to Angel or Highbury and Islington stations. Area is fantastic with cafes, restaurants, pubs and bars everywhere.
The rooms are large (very large by London standards) and both get plenty of light. The rooms are unfurnished although there could be an option of buying some stuff from my housemates.
I'm looking for a relaxed house share vibe. Have a glass of wine or drink a beer while cooking or on occasion go to the pub.
I like to run, play tennis and get out around London on weekends.
I work twice a week from home and three days in office and am looking for people who do roughly the same.
Details:
If a couple wants the room the rent is £1800.
If both rooms are rented out it is £925 each and there will not be a living room.
That said, there is a very large private terrace which gives everyone a bit more space.
One bathroom.
Bills (to be split three ways)
Council Tax band D: £160 per month.
Energy: Roughly £160 per month in December, much less in summer
Water and internet: £65
Open to paying for a cleaner etc.
The new tenancy agreement needs to be signed before the 30th August for 1 October move in.
