FLATMATES
3 females & 1 males, all young professionals in our late 20s/early 30s.
We respect each other’s space but equally looking for someone that is up for a chat over wine, watching the next Netflix hit or heading to the local pub 🍻

HOUSE 🏡
We live in a large 5 bedroom house over 3 storeys, with a communal living space on the ground floor & bedrooms on the upper 2 floors. There is a large living room & separate kitchen.

- Small terrace with table & chairs
- Separate toilet on the ground floor

BEDROOM
The bedroom comes fully furnished, including:
- Bed (frame & mattress)
- Wardrobe
- Chest of drawers
- Desk & Chair

The full bathroom with shower is shared with 3 other housemates, however there is a separate toilet on the ground floor

The price per month (£1,300) excludes bills and council tax. Rent & council tax are paid directly to the private landlord on a monthly basis. The landlord will require you to sign a lease agreement & pay a deposit (equal to one month’s rent, lodged with DPS) prior to moving in.

- 5 minute walk to Angel Tube Station (Northern line)
- 10 minute on public transport to Farringdon and Kings Cross
- Short distance from supermarkets, bars, restaurants, coffee shops & more!
