We have a great double room available for a male housemate in our 5-bedroom Georgian townhouse in Angel from Saturday 14th September.
About The Location:
The flat is in a fantastically convenient location – it’s less than a 5-minute walk from Angel station, Upper Street, and Regent’s Canal.
There are so many supermarkets, gyms, pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, and other amenities on our doorstep.
It’s really easy to get to Old Street, King’s Cross, Euston, and central London too.
About The Flat:
The flat is a 5-bedroom Georgian townhouse, with 2 bathrooms (separated by gender), and a communal kitchen/living room area.
About The Room:
The bedroom is on the middle floor, close to the men’s bathroom.
The bedroom contains a sink.
The departing flatmate will be taking the office chair and bedside tables. The rest of the furniture in the photos (e. g. bed, desk, wardrobe) will be staying.
The total monthly rent/bills amount is £1,075.71.
This consists of:
• Rent – £937.51 (fixed until 1 January 2025 and the landlord has not notified us of any plans to increase rent after then.)
• Bills – £138.20 (subject to change); this includes all utilities, high-speed broadband, council tax (band C), and a weekly cleaning of the communal areas.
We're seeking someone who is able to pay rent and bills from Saturday 14th September, even if you decide to move in at a later date.
The total deposit for the room is £600.00. We will require a holding deposit of £175.00 to be paid within 24 hours of accepting the room, and then the remaining £475.00 at a later date.

We're a friendly bunch of young professionals, working in the civil service, architecture, business development, and communications. While we all have our own hobbies and routines, we enjoy grabbing a drink together as a group on occasion.
We're looking for a male, non-smoking flatmate, who will treat the flat as a home rather than a space to rent and will do their part to keep the shared areas clean. You would not be a good fit for the flat if you are noisy on work nights or a big partier.
