* Unfortunately, I’m moving out and need someone to replace me. This flat has been a wonderful place to call home, and I’m sure you’ll love it here too.

I’m looking for an LGBT+ FEMALE person between the age of 28 and 45 to take over my spot in a cosy, tidy home in an amazing location in Angel, Islington.

The Room:
* Small double bedroom with a built-in double wardrobe.
* Unfurnished, but I’m happy for you to use the chest of drawers and bookshelf shown in the pictures.

*If you need a bed and mattress, I’m also selling mine, so you can move in with minimal hassle.
* Available now September.

The Flat:
* You'll be sharing with a friendly flatmate and Katsu, a Scottish Fold/British Shorthair cat who adds a bit of feline charm to the place.

* Bills, including council tax, come to around £150 per month each.
* The flat is 7 minutes’ walk to Angel underground and 12 minutes to Old St underground.

* Surrounded by everything you need: a big Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Marks and Spencer, Tesco, and dozens of restaurants, shops, and cinemas all within a 10-15 minute walk.

About the Current Flatmate:
* They’re a professional working at a non-profit, and Katsu, the cat, is a loveable goblin with fur.

* Home is a space to recharge and relax, with evenings often spent with friends or chilling in front of a good movie or TV series with a nice dinner.
* They value a clean and tidy living space and are looking for someone who feels the same, ideally a professional with normal working hours.
