We are looking for someone to join our lovely house share in centre of Angel/Islington from September.

THE ROOM
The room is a large double bedroom on the top floor, in a beautiful, spacious Georgian townhouse with a large private garden. There is plenty of storage space both in the room and in the house, including an attic room. It is a short walk (5 mins) from Angel station and around 15 minutes walk from Highbury and Islington. The room comes furnished with a double bed/mattress, huge built-in wardrobes and book shelf, wooden desk & chair, lamps and side table.

RENT
£1128/month; additional bills come in the region of £100/month and they cover Virgin media wifi, gas, electricity, weekly cleaner, etc. For the start of the contract, our agency requires one month in rent.

THE HOUSE
The house is a three-story, classic Georgian terraced home, with an open living room and kitchen, laundry room, and toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor, there are two rooms as well as a shower+toilet. On the second floor, there are another two rooms. We also have a private backyard garden that gets sun from early morning until late afternoon! There is also an attic room for storage with access to a roof terrace.

LOCATION
We live in the heart of Angel and about a five-minute walk from Angel Tube station. We are surrounded by restaurants, shops, beautiful parks where you can play tennis, go for runs, and have picnics. Also located close to Regent's canal which connects Shoreditch, Angel, and Camden, making it great for walks or cycling on those sunny days. The location could not be better to get you in the summer mood. Street parking is available from Islington Council for a small fee.

ABOUT US
We are two British girls and a guy, all in our mid and late 20s - all 9-5 office based, 5 days a week with occasional days at home. We are looking for someone who is sociable but also likes their own space and sees the house as a home. We enjoy having friends over for dinner, drinks, or a barbecue in the garden when the weather is good.
