Double room in Angel townhouse

Sadly our amazing housemate is leaving us and we have a great double room available in our beautiful town house in Angel. Move in date is 27th of July,
We're planning the viewing this week- let us know if feasible on your side!

-- About the room --
This is a bright double room. The room includes the essentials such as a double-sized bed and a wardrobe.

--The bills --
Already included in the price per month. It includes weekly cleaning of common spaces, bedrooms & bathrooms, council tax (E), TV license, gas & electricity.

-- The property --
The house is huge with a large kitchen and dining space, 2 main bathrooms and a toilet and best of all, a back garden which is perfect for drinks and BBQs in the summer.

We also have a utility room with a washing machine and a tumble-dryer (perfect for the winter). The kitchen is also well-equipped with an oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

We're super close to central Angel with all of the bars, shops, and restaurants and a big Sainsbury's only 5 mins walk away. Camden Passage is also a 5 min walk, and Upper Street/Essex Road a 10 min walk. Regent's Canal is less than a 10 min walk away.

We're a mixed bunch with different interests but we all get on really well and go for the occasional pint or boogie!
