Double room in Angel townhouse

Sadly our amazing housemate is leaving us and we have a great double room available in our beautiful town house in Angel.

Our viewing date will be in the evening Wednesday 4th September so please only respond if that evening works for you!

-- About the room --
This is a bright large double room. The room includes the essentials such as a double-sized bed and a wardrobe.

--The bills --
They are around £150 pounds a month, depending on the season. It includes weekly cleaning of common spaces, bedrooms & bathrooms, council tax (E), TV license, gas & electricity,

-- The property --
The house is huge with a large kitchen and dining space, 2 main bathrooms and a toilet and best of all, a back garden which is perfect for drinks and BBQs in the summer.

We also have a utility room with a washing machine and a tumble-dryer (perfect for the winter). The kitchen is also well-equipped with an oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

We're super close to central Angel with all of the bars, shops, and restaurants and a big Sainsbury's only 5 mins walk away. Camden Passage is also a 5 min walk, and Upper Street/Essex Road a 10 min walk. Regent's Canal is less than a 10 min walk away.

We're a mixed bunch with different interests but we all get on really well and go for the occasional pint or boogie!
