Cozy room with 5 minute walk to Angel station. Room has window that overlooks backyard, a massive 3 doors of closet space, double bed, desk, and dresser.

I have lived there for a year with 3 other young professionals, and we created a fun, social house who loved catching up after work and sometimes getting a drink.

The area is super fun with multiple pubs, restaurants, movie theatres, and a market 2 times a week.

Rent is 700 a month (a steal) plus bills (council tax is 40, utilities between 40-60 per month). Deposit is 923.

Agency is dexters, so you must be able to pass their checks and be a working professional (sorry- no students). The lease has 2 years left, with the option to have your name removed if you find a replacement.
