This quiet, single room on the first floor of a family home is available for a fixed period of three months. Very suitable for a female student.
The house is close to Angel and Kings Cross, with excellent connections to virtually all the universities and colleges in north London. Close to Angel tube and bus routes, shopping centre, Chapel Market and Exmouth Market, cinemas, theatres, coffee shops and restaurants as well as the British Library and British Museum.
The room is small, recently decorated, furnished and south facing. It overlooks gardens and has distant views of central London landmarks (Shard, St Pauls, Old Bailey, London Eye). Share a bathroom, a fitted kitchen/dining room (including a small air fryer) and a sunny roof terrace. Because it is a family home, we clean the common parts and provide general supplies like kitchen towels, washing up liquid and bathroom sundries. Rent also includes utilities and wi-fi.
The room is available now for a period of three months. It might be possible to extend this period. If extended, it is one month’s notice either side. Five week’s deposit and one month’s rent in advance.
