December - February Sublet

DATES: Ideally from 21st December - 28th February 25’ but I’m flexible.

Hi there,

I’ll be away until end February and looking to sublet my lovely room.

I’ve been living with these guys for over a year and it’s a nice balance in the house, so we’d prefer having another female.

We all have our lives going but do try do get down to the pub or get a roast together every once in a while.

The house is in a quiet mews but greatly located very close to the canal, Angel station and Upper Street. Amazing restaurants, shopping and very well connected. Plaquemine Lock and Tamil Crown on the door step.

It’s 4 people, but plenty of space. You’ll be sharing the shower room with another girl and a guy but there’s another toilet. There’s never a rush in the morning. The other flatmate has an en suite.

Cleaner comes once a week and is included in the rent, and so is all the bills.

Room is furnished with a king size bed. I bought the mattress too so I know is well taken care off 🙂.

Alex works in merges and acquisitions, Mia works at an art auction house and Peter is a data scientist. I’m in the art and tech, so even though we’re different everyone’s is easy going.
