Large double with balcony 2 mins from Angel tube

Hey hey! I'm looking for someone to share a fantastic two-bedroom apartment I’ve just secured in the heart of Angel. The flat is huge, comes with a garden and a separate study, and is only a couple of minutes' walk from the tube station. It's located in the historic Midway House.

While the flat is currently unfurnished, I’m planning to get it set up with some sofas for the living room, a dining table, and beds for both bedrooms. I'm really keen to turn this place into a proper home, not just another shared living situation. I’m looking for a flatmate who wants to do the same—someone who’s excited to add their own touch and make the space feel like ours.

About you: Ideally, you're social, tidy, and not someone who just disappears into their room all the time. I'm hoping to find a flatmate who’s respectful and easygoing, but also up for a good chat and a bit of a laugh after work. I’m not a big party boy anymore, but love the idea of hosting friends for dinner, having people over for drinks, and maybe the occasional house party/gathering.

A bit about me: I’m 26, British/Chilean, and work as an independent consultant, having spent the last few years at a big consulting firm. I’m a gay guy, enjoy hanging out with friends, attempting to stay active at the gym, and exploring new hobbies (currently giving boxing a go, but pottery-making is next on the list!).

Move-in details: The flat is available from November 1st. It’ll be unfurnished at that point, but I’m working on getting everything sorted shortly after. If you want to order your own bed or furnishings for the flat then also welcome and ideal!
