The flat is in great condition and is ideally located in between upper st and Essex rd. It is 10 minutes walk to Angel and to Highbury and Islington stations, and the bus is less than 1 minute walk away.

I am looking for a short let for 2-3 months prior to a family member moving in.

The flat is 50square metres. It is a ground floor flat on Pleasant Place in N1, a building from 1900-1920.

The flat is currently let until 31st January and I cannot do a viewing prior to that. I am looking for a tenant who is comfortable to put down £600 deposit to secure the flat without doing a viewing, and once they have viewed and confirmed that the flat is as advertised on 1st Feb or thereafter, the deposited amount will be increased by £800 to £1400. All deposits will be posted with government authorised deposit protection scheme.
