I'm looking for a new flat mate to occupy the first bedroom of my gorgeous flat in stunning Angel. The location is excellent, literally a three minute walk to Angel station and set on a quiet, leafy, highly desirable street in N1.

PLEASE NOTE:

There is no living room in the apartment.

KITCHEN ACCESS IS RESTRICTED:

The kitchen is accessed via a curtained partition wall through the second bedroom. As such, kitchen hours are restricted to 7am - 8am and 7pm to 8pm Monday to Friday. On weekends, the kitchen is accessible for three consecutive hours on Saturday's and Sunday's (times to be agreed with new flat mate) to ensure plenty of time for cooking or laundry for the week.
