The flat is in a secure block and is ideal location for anyone needing to be in the City or Central London (10-15 mins on tube, 20-35 mins on bus or 30-45 mins walk). Kings Cross station is also 1 tube stop or a 15 min walk for those commuting from further away.
The following bills are included -
- Weekly Cleaner (this is ongoing so can't be changed)
- Gas , electricity and water
- Council Tax, Internet
The flat itself is actually a 2 bed and so is available as a one-bed for 2600 p/m and a 2 bed for 3250 (650 more per month). If you only want it as a one bed, then I will occasionally (i. e. less than once a month) stay over in the 2nd bedroom when I'm in London.
