Huge room in Angel with living room!

hii!! my flatmate (bonny) and i (carla) are looking for someone to replace our flatmate who is leaving. our current contract ends on november 30, and we’d love to find another girl to sign a new contract for the flat with us from december 1st for 12 months. (the room will be available early november but we’d have to start paying from december 1st)

about us:

i’m almost 24, i work in marketing and write on the side. bonny is 22, works at a bar and is also a costume designer! we’re both creative and love films and tv - we have very different schedules but still find the time to watch movies together in our super comfy living room.

we also both read, watch football, have a lot of plants…

about the flat:

bills come around to £150 each per month. we’re a 10 min walk from angel station and 15 min walk from king’s cross. there’s 2 floors, 2 toilets, and 1 shared living room with a balcony. we do not smoke inside the house but outside is fine! (on the balcony or outside the front door)

we’re looking for:

someone clean and tidy! no couples and preferably not a man just as we’d like to keep it a girls flat :)
