Large double room in sociable 4-bed house looking for long-term new tenant. It’s a perfect spot for people new to London with great transport links and cafes nearby.

You’ll be sharing with Ruby (Kiwi) and Izzy (Brit) and Xin (USA). LGBTQ+ friendly house. We are looking for someone mid 20s - early 30s.

Looking for a tidy and friendly female. Everyone has their own things going on, but there's generally someone around watching TV in the evenings or up for a chat in the kitchen.

The room itself is large and will fit a desk and comes with great storage. Open to those working from home sometimes - current housemates work from home occasionally.

We’re part way through the contract with the landlord - typically we sign for a 12 month contract but the landlord is happy for tenancy changes during this and will accommodate this with e. g. the deposit scheme. The landlord has been happy to renew the lease every year for the last 5 or so years so will likely do so again.

Move in date around 20 Nov but flexible as I am still figuring out my dates for moving.
